Entry method for NEBA qualifier events

eg Chronicle Cups, Gazette Cups, etc

The responsibility is now with the player to record whether he is going to the next round by ticking the entry list in the notice board.

• The entry list will be displayed until the last Monday before the event.
• If you are not going, please put a line through your names.
• If you are able and wish to go, please tick your names.
• If you have ticked, it is your responsibility to check on the last Monday whether you are among those selected.
• On removal from the notice board, the club will inform the organisers of the names of the players attending the event.
• Note - if you have ticked and do not go, you will be liable to pay the NEBA fine for non-attendance.



The number of qualifiers will be shown on the list, and ticked players will be selected from the top, up to a maximum of that number.  If you are uncertain of whether you will be selected, because people ahead of you have not yet ticked or deleted, please check the list at the end of play on the last Monday. If you are not playing that Monday, please check by email to (or ring) the club secretary, or in the last resort, the event organiser.
